In this workshop we will talk with about the importance of quitting things, getting ridding of things, and making space. Yes, that’s right, I’m going to help you quit. If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed with life, it may be time to clear the way for more of what matters most to you in your life. As you identify what your goals and values are for your personal growth, your career, your family, your time, and your energy, you will find that there are some things in your life that you need to get rid of in order to be more focused and less overwhelmed by the things that aren't or you don’t want to be priorities to you.

Loving Ourselves: Body and Mind

This workshop will focus on connecting with and being present with other bodies, practicing love and gratitude for our bodies and how we take up space, and caring for ourselves. We will talk about mind and body connections and focus heavily on body awareness.
