As a Certified Traumatologist, I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who have experienced or are in the midst of traumatic and/or stressful situations.
In my practice I value wellness for the mind, body, and spirit. My clients create healthier lifestyles, relationships, and behaviors, as they process, build on their strengths, and develop greater self-awareness and intentionality. My hope is that my clients will find a greater sense of hope, purpose, and peace in their lives, as they heal and grow.
