As a Certified Traumatologist, I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who have experienced or are in the midst of traumatic and/or stressful situations.
In my practice I value wellness for the mind, body, and spirit. My clients create healthier lifestyles, relationships, and behaviors, as they process, build on their strengths, and develop greater self-awareness and intentionality. My hope is that my clients will find a greater sense of hope, purpose, and peace in their lives, as they heal and grow.
I use an eclectic and individualized approach to psychotherapy, which draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy.
In individual, family, or group settings, I'm experienced in helping with a variety of issues, such as:

Testing and Evaluation
I offer testing and evaluation services, specializing in psychotraumatology evalutations for children and adults. This includes diagnosis and treatment recommendations for PTSD and trauma related concerns. An evaluation report will be provided.
Clinical Consultation and Supervision
I am available to consult with fellow mental health professionals. I have worked as a consultant and trainer for therapists all over the United States, especially within the world of online therapy. As a psychotherapist licensed in the state of Oklahoma as a clinical supervisor (LPC-S), I provide clinical supervision to those whom are LPC licensure candidates, as well as for those who are completing professional counseling internships or who are seeking ongoing consultation or supervision. As a Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator I provide education, support, and consultation to those who are in the helping professions. Continuing Education credits may be available.
Online Video Sessions
I provide online video therapy and education via a secure and HIPAA compliant platform. This service is not available for minors without guardian consent and prior consultation. I would be happy to talk with you to determine if this would be a good option for you.
