BE FREE: OVERCOMING SOCIAL ANXIETY VIDEO SERIES

Are you struggling to live fully and without fear? Does a lack of self confidence and self acceptance hold you back from success and reaching goals? This 8 week video series will focus on overcoming social anxiety with mindfulness, clarifying values and goals, acceptance and compassion, and a trauma-informed approach. These videos include the content of our 8 week therapy group and are based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy's psychological interventions. Once you purchase this video series, you will be added to a closed facebook group. There won't be any therapeutic processing, but you can feel free to ask questions regarding the content and discuss with others who may join the facebook group.
