Crisis Support: I make every effort to return messages within 48 hours, with weekends and holidays being the exceptions. However, if you have an emergency, please contact your local emergency room. There are trained counselors there who are available 24/7. Since I will not be immediately available, I recommend that you reach out for immediate help there or with 911 if you feel like you need immediate or physical assistance to keep yourself safe.
