REGAINING CONTROL OF STRESS 

This program includes 4 recorded videos, one hour video for each week, along with recommended strategies to implement throughout the week. 

Participants will gain an understanding of the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of stress and anxiety. They will be able to find more peace and focus as they find themselves within the chaos and confidently regain control of their lives, stress levels, and self-talk. They will also have the opportunity to make more space for what matters most in their lives, as they balance work and families with self care, mindfulness, and intentionality.
